Swiss quiz association(Schweizerischer Quiz-Verband) (SQV)[1] is the leading quiz association in Switzerland. It was formed in 2019 in the aftermath of first appearance of Switzerland in the European Quizzing Championships. SQV organizes international as well local quizzes in Switzerland and also organizes Swiss Quiz Championships, the year-long flagship individual championship of the association.

The Schweizer Meisterschaft or the Swiss quizzing championship was first held in 2019. Andreas Kröll was the inaugural champion of the championship.
